The Jan Broberg Foundation‘s mission to end childhood sexual abuse rests on three important pillars: Healing Through Community, Awareness for Prevention and Changing Public Policy. We focus on practices and issues impacting individuals, families, communities, and broad national and worldwide efforts that address these important goals.

Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) is observed in April of each year. It’s aimed at raising awareness about sexual violence and educating the public on how to prevent it. SAAM provides an opportunity to engage in conversations about consent, boundaries, and respect, with the ultimate aim of creating a culture where sexual violence of any kind is not tolerated.
